Pancreatic pseudocyst is the most common cystic lesion of pancreas and often associated with pancreatitis or trauma. Traditionally, treatment of symptomatic pancreatic pseudocyst was surgical or percutaneous approach. Recently, endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) guided-drainage has emerged as successful minimal invasive treatment modality for pancreatic pseudocyst. In this case, we described an infected pancreatic pseudocyst complicated by EUS-guided transmural drainage, and it seemed like a benign cystic tumor. Finally, It was pathologically diagnosed as a pancreatic pseudocyst by surgical excision of cystic mass.
